She spent 26 years in the aerospace industry — including 6 years as an Engineering Executive navigating high-stakes decisions, leading global multi-disciplined teams, and delivering results on some of the most complex programs in the industry. She holds patents. She was called a "sharpshooter" by the Chief Program Engineer on the Joint Strike Fighter Program for her ability to identify root cause and corrective action in complex technical and people challenges.

Today Agnes works privately with CEOs, senior executives, and founders as an Executive Performance Advisor — helping them upgrade how they think, decide, and perform under pressure. Her methodology integrates PSYCH-K® subconscious reprogramming, brain health optimization, and neuroscience-backed tools that work at a level traditional coaching never reaches.

She is a PSYCH-K® Master Facilitator — one of a small number globally — and a preferred facilitator trusted by other PSYCH-K® facilitators. She is also a Certified Brain Health Professional through Amen Clinics and a Licensed Brain Health Trainer.

Beyond her private advisory work, Agnes founded and serves as President of The Empowered Heart, Inc. (501(c)(3)) — empowering people through education in physical, mental, and emotional well-being, including stress relief and women's self-defense as a certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Women Empowered Instructor. She donates transformation sessions to veterans and military-connected communities.

She holds an MBA, a B.A.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, and has completed executive leadership programs at INSEAD and Darden. She is a Professional Engineer of Ontario and a member of the National Speakers Association.
